We all remember the late night, frozen chicken pot pies while cramming for a final. This is the true meaning of nostalgia, at the top of the list of comfort food along with chicken soup, spaghetti, hamburgers, and Nutella eaten out of the jar.

  • I’d use cream of chicken soup instead of the broth, and not flour or brown the turkey. Just heat condensed soup and add the chunked turkey and sauteed veggies. Easy on the Vegeta in that case as the canned soup is salty. Works for me!

  • I made this last night with a few variations. Green Beans were the major difference, though I also omitted the cream, added poultry seasoning, and used fresh garlic.
    It turned out superb. Grazie!
