Bobby Flay is a credible, talented chef.
As far as I can make out from articles I’ve read, Rachel Ray’s a media creation who has no serious background in cooking (she was in the retail food business). She’s been selected and promoted by FoodTV for her safe, mild sexiness. It’s all show business. That Anthony Boudain, a no BS guy if ever there was one, has obvious contempt for her skills, says it all.
